Common questions
How do I put my family on the clock?
Tap the gear → Your family on the clock. Add a Mom or Dad for the HOUR (up to 2), and boys and girls for the SECONDS and MINUTE (up to 8). Pick a picture of each person's head; a plain background works best. Type their name, and it shows on their shirt. Use Off to take someone off the clock without losing their picture.
How do birthdays work?
Set each person's Birthday under their picture in settings. On their birthday they stand in the middle of the clock in a party hat. The day before, a small reminder shows.
How do I start or join a step race?
Gear → Step race. Type your name, pick a turtle colour, then either name a race and tap + New race, or type a code someone gave you and tap Join. Use Share code to invite people. You can be in several races and choose which one shows on the clock. Whoever started a race can Lock it, make a New code, and Remove people.
Why aren't my steps showing?
Allow Physical activity when the app asks, or in your phone's Settings → Apps → Paj Ntaub Watch → Permissions. For steps from a watch, and heart rate, tap Connect next to Health Connect in the app's settings.
How do I use it as my wallpaper?
Gear → Set as live wallpaper → Set wallpaper, then choose Home screen, Lock screen or both. Some phones only allow still pictures on the lock screen. For the clock while charging, use Screen saver.
How do I turn holidays off, or show one now?
Gear → Holidays: Automatic (each one on its own days), Off, or Show now for any holiday. Tap a holiday's button to leave just that one out.
How do I email my notes?
Open Notes → Share as PDF, tick the notes you want, then tap Make PDF & email and pick your email app.
How do I delete my data?
Everything the app keeps is on your phone. Remove people, notes, photos or videos in the app, or uninstall the app to remove everything. To remove your steps from a race, Leave it in Settings → Step race. See the privacy policy.
